David, a Certified Financial Planner, has been providing independent financial advice to individuals, families and business owners since 1991. Dave strives to make a positive impact on those around him and is an integral coach, quarterback and mentor to his clients. He makes it his priority to understand his client’s individual risk, objectives and goals and to customize a financial plan to suit their needs so that they can feel secure in their financial future.

Prior to launching his practice, Dave was manager of Canada’s oldest agricultural marketing board and sat on several International, Federal and Provincial boards related to the agribusiness sector. Dave was also chosen to participate on the Ontario Advanced Agricultural Leadership Program from 1987 – 1989. This incredible experience encompassed 60 study days on social and economic issues in 10 Ontario cities and two three week study tours. The first was in Washington D.C and the U.S. / Canadian eastern seaboard. The second took the 30 participants through 8,000 km of Brazil meeting with their political and corporate leaders.

Dave spends personal time with his wife Rita and the families of his adult children Brian and Jen. Golfing is a passion teaching the need to balance “risk and reward” and continual adjustment and improvement. Imparting knowledge and experience to his grandchildren is the most satisfying reward of life.
