Devin Gorgchuck
Wealth Planner
Devin Gorgchuck graduated from Edwards School of Business at the University of Saskatchewan in 2013 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in management. Although his focused discipline was marketing, he found his passion was finance and changed course in his last year.
2014 was a year of change for Devin as he made the short move from his hometown of Saskatoon to Calgary. He got to work and obtained his mutual funds licensing through the Canadian Securities Institute. However, his marketing interest was piqued when he was presented with an opportunity to work for French fashion company Zadig et Voltaire, one of Holt Renfrew’s leased partners. As General Manager at Zadig et Voltaire, he enjoyed applying his education in retail marketing to increase the store’s revenues while managing and instilling in his sales team the importance of providing an exceptional client experience.
In 2016 Devin decided to pursue his finance interest and move into the wealth management industry where the mutual funds license he previously obtained was put to use.
In July 2020, Devin moved from a licensed associate role to a Senior Relationship Manager. Although his role has changed, he continues to strive to provide an exceptional holistic client experience.
When not in the office, Devin’s passion for art and design often leads him to enjoying time painting. Devin is a self-declared soccer fanatic, cheering for his beloved Tottenham Hotspur in the English premier league. His passion for soccer has provided many past enjoyable opportunities coaching under-16 girls in community youth soccer and Aden Bowman high school boys soccer teams.
He has also been a divisional placement evaluator, field marshall and an ambassador for his community’s youth soccer association at Saskatoon Youth Soccer annual general meetings. He has also volunteered as Marketing Director for the U of S Relay for Life, fundraising for the Canadian Cancer Society.

Stephanie Murray
Wealth Planner
Stephanie Murray began her accounting career in 2009 when she graduated from the University of New Brunswick with a double major in accounting and economics.
She began her career providing accounting and tax services to small business clients in Central Alberta. In 2012, Stephanie became a Chartered Accountant, placing on the national honour roll in the 2011 Uniform Final Examination.
Following this, she transitioned into business advisory by obtaining her designation as a Chartered Business Valuator. As a business valuator, Stephanie performs business valuations, general consulting, and corporate litigation assistance.
Today, Stephanie combines her accounting, tax, and business advisory skills as Senior Relationship Manager for The CH Team. Stephanie also maintains an associate position in accounting public practice; she leverages these two roles to gain new experiences and apply them to helping both the business and her clients succeed.
Although she still calls the Maritimes “home”, Stephanie has fallen in love with Calgary where she lives with her husband. In her free time, she trains and competitively participates in running and cycling races. To date, her favourite experience has been racing in the World Duathlon Championships held in British Columbia in 2017.

Sara McLennan-Duffy

Sara started her academic journey at the University of Calgary, donning her cap and gown in 2018 with a bachelor's degree in Sociology. Sara concentrated on the intriguing realms of Criminology, Deviance, and Social Control.
Fresh out of academia, Sara dove headfirst into the retail world, embarking on a four-year stint in Retail Management. It was here that she became the maestro of people management, customer service, and team dynamics.
In 2022, Sara decided to spread her wings, stepping into the role of a Recruiter; she took charge of overseeing 12 retail boutiques scattered like jewels across Central Canada.
But the winds of change blew in 2023. Sara, eager for growth and development, set sail on a new career adventure. She joined CH Financial as an Office Administrator in late 2023.
Calgary isn't just Sara's workplace; it's her hometown. Born and raised in this vibrant city, Sara shares her home with her husband, Eric, and two furball companions, Yoko and Lola. Together, they create a household that's undoubtedly a mix of love, laughter, and the occasional doggy mischief.
When Sara isn't conquering the corporate world or charming everyone with her administrative finesse, she's out there seizing life. Shannon Stimson

Before stepping into the world of financial planning, Shannon Stimson began her career in accounting where she focused on preparing financial statements for small businesses. She then ventured into the custom home building industry, taking on the role of Financial Coordinator, responsible for payroll, receivables, payables, and financial reporting. Her completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) opened the door to the world of financial services. As a Financial Planning Associate at a boutique investment firm, Shannon enhanced her skills in wealth management, tailoring financial plans and analyzing investment portfolios. Now, she is thrilled to join the CH team where she looks forward to advancing her career in financial planning, strengthening client relationships, and working towards obtaining the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation.
Embracing the unpredictability of life, Shannon has spent years raising cattle, growing crops, and exploring diverse opportunities across the globe. Her adventurous heart has led her to race both sailboats and rowboats in the ocean and on Calgary’s reservoir. Hiking and skiing have brought her to mountains around the world, but she still admits that there’s nothing quite like the Canadian Rockies. Andrew is a newly minted finance professional who recently made the move from Vancouver to Calgary. With a strong background in financial analysis and tax management, Andrew is a dedicated member of our team, helping clients achieve their financial goals. Andrew graduated from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce and specialized in finance and accounting. Andrew has swiftly garnered valuable experience in the intricacies of financial operations and tax compliance throughout the four years of his degree.
During his tenure at the University of Victoria, Andrew excelled academically, demonstrating a keen interest and aptitude for finance, economics, and taxation. His coursework emphasized financial modelling, investment analysis, and financial and managerial accounting, thus laying a solid foundation for his professional journey. Hayley Huskinson
Office Manager
Hayley began her career working various retail positions building a strong foundation in customer service. After spending several years in this industry, she made a shift to office administration by taking a position at Graham Construction. Working as a Corporate Receptionist, she learned the intricacies of office administration and the construction industry in general.
After two years at reception Hayley progressed within Graham advancing to Pre-Construction Administrator for their Infrastructures Work Winning division. Lending to her creative flare, this role allowed her to undertake various graphic design projects, web design, and client event planning.
Hayley brings substantial demonstrative and transferable skills from her past experiences to her role at The CH Team. Coupled with a can-do attitude and a keen interest in financial services, she has made a wonderful addition to the team, competently advancing to the role of Office Coordinator.
Hayley was born and raised in Calgary, where she has happily laid her own roots and proudly calls home. When not in the office, Hayley enjoys spending time playing soccer, practicing yoga, travelling, cooking, and tending to her collection of house plants.

Natalia Tomljanovic

Natalia's financial journey kicked off in November 2022 when she joined the dynamic team at CH Financial Ltd. Fresh from the academia of Mount Royal University, she emerged with a BBA in Finance – a degree that has brought many benefits to our team. Currently, on a mission to conquer the financial universe, Natalia is working to complete the Canadian Securities Course in 2023.
But Natalia is not just about supporting her team- she is on a mission to redefine the client experience, armed with her knowledge and an optimistic outlook. She has been instrumental in transitions, expansion, and collaboration within our team.
