1995–1998

Launched career with London Life, establishing a foundation in comprehensive financial planning and building client relationships.

1998–2003

Joined MemberCare Financial as a financial advisor, further developing expertise in investment and insurance solutions.

2003–2007

Transitioned to WorldSource Financial as an independent financial advisor, expanding his practice and client base.

2007–2008

Partnered with Professional Investment Services, continuing to provide independent financial advice with a focus on personalized wealth strategies.

2008–Present

Joined Global MaxFin Investments Inc. as an independent financial advisor, delivering tailored financial planning and investment management solutions.

2017

Welcomed Randal’s daughter, Quinn Flynn, to the practice as a financial advisor, naming her as his successor to ensure continuity of service for future generations.
